Jenna Limardo, MS, RD, CEDS

Hey there! I am the owner of Food Beyond Fuel and I am so glad you are here. I am a registered dietitian that specializes in eating disorders, intuitive eating, and sport nutrition. I help clients approach health through a non-diet and weight-inclusive lens. The world is full of SO much “noise” - especially when it comes to food and bodies. I help people identify food and body noise so that they can take steps forward to feel empowered and live by their own food and body values.

You only have so much brain space and I want you to be able to focus on things that matter most to you. Eating can be simple and life-giving and I know that it can improve your quality of life and performance. I believe you can feel confident in your expertise about YOUR body.

As a fellow human, former collegiate athlete, lover of sand volleyball and other recreational sports that involve being outside, I value the role food plays as fuel in sport AND for day to day living. To learn more about working with me, reach out today.
