Meet the dietitian

Food is fuel—and so much more. It’s layered with your experiences, culture, and the ways you’ve learned to cope, celebrate, and survive. No two relationships with food are the same, because no two stories are the same.

I believe you are capable of creating rhythms that feel supportive, sustainable, and freeing.

My specialties include eating disorders, sports nutrition, and women’s health (PCOS, pregnancy, menopause).

Outside of work, you’ll find me in the mountains, by the ocean, or in the garden with my sweet pup, Sunny.
