How we can work together…

Nutrition Therapy

One on one virtual sessions with a registered dietitian provide a space to explore what’s going on with food, exercise, and body image. In session you will navigate your food beliefs, past experiences with food, and current struggles. From here, you will work together to set long-term goals in an effort to make eating simple, fun, and peaceful again. Learn more about nutrition sessions here.
